Now 10 will grow in place of that 1....

A while back I noticed that Eddie had a white whisker. I guess dogs feel a bit stressed sometimes, too.

The other day I looked and it was GONE! Eddie must have plucked it.

Sometimes he gives the red one a day off...

Saturday, February 26, 2005

I wonder who's been playing on the BBQ...

Since Eddie doesn't really have any jumping skills, that only leaves one.

Friday, February 25, 2005

Always on the lookout...

Thursday, February 24, 2005

Soaking up the sun...

Duke hard at work.

Wednesday, February 23, 2005

The death of a chewie...

Poor guy had no chance.

Tuesday, February 22, 2005

His safe spot...

There goes Duke and his crazy ways.

Monday, February 21, 2005

Got milk...bones?

Sunday, February 20, 2005

Webbed feet...

They kept playing in the water so much that I wouldn't be surprised if they started quacking.

Ombrophobia...

It was raining all day today and Duke & Eddie just hid in their house most of the day. Once in a while Eddie would go out on the porch to take a look around, so I went out to visit them. Eddie really wanted to come out, but the raindrops from the roof kept attacking his face.

The things I love about rainy days...

It's not going anywhere...

I decided to try and get that gunk off of Eddie's face once and for all. Even after a little soap and water and a bit a scrubbing, it didn't budge one bit.

Before :

After :

Now what?

The ball just couldn't take it any more and just cracked. Duke & Eddie didn't know what to think of it.

Tuesday, February 15, 2005

3 feet, 4 inches...

How long Duke's tongue gets after a few rounds of tennis ball chasing.

Monday, February 14, 2005

PB and no J...

Duke & Eddie got a special treat today. There's just something about peanut butter and the way dogs eat it that just makes you laugh.

Sunday, February 13, 2005

Sucker for a sad face...

Even though it was raining outside, I had to go out and see them. Just look at that face! So sad and pitiful and stuck inside because of the rain.

Even though their house is probably warmer than ours, you still gotta feel for the guy.

Saturday, February 12, 2005

Never trust a man with a ladder...

Eddie watched them during the whole process. Making sure they didn't try anything funny on his watch.

Friday, February 11, 2005

Raindrops keep fallin' on my head...

But these ones kept getting in Eddie's eyes.

Thursday, February 10, 2005

Blame it on the duck...

After his searching, Duke found out who was hiding his ball from him.

Wednesday, February 09, 2005

Stuck...

Eddie has had this gunk on his face that had to be some kind of tree sap. It's totally fused onto his fur with no way of coming off. What a way to get caught doing something you shouldn't be doing. I wonder if he even knows he has "guilty" written all over his face.

Tuesday, February 08, 2005

Doggie door...

Eddie found a shortcut to the other side of me.

Monday, February 07, 2005

Going, going.....gone...

Duke always drops his toys into the pool. I think he does it on purpose so he can make the retrieval all dramatic.

Sunday, February 06, 2005

A dog and his ball...

Saturday, February 05, 2005

So nosey...

Eddie always has to inspect every little thing that he comes across. He needs to stop paying attention to the details.

Friday, February 04, 2005

Do you take trade ins?

Duke trying to convince Eddie that the green ball is SOOOO much more better than the red ball he's chewing.

Thursday, February 03, 2005

Winterfresh...

I signed up for a free "makeover kit" for the dogs a while back and received it in the mail. The kit came with a bunch of doggie hygiene products and treats. It even came with a sample pack of doggie breath strips, so of course I'm gunna make them try it!

Eddie had a hard time with it. Didn't quite dissolve the way it was meant to and stuck to places that it shouldn't. I didn't know doggie breath strips were so fun!

All part of his plan...

Duke always knows where to place the ball so you cannot possibly ignore it. And with just enough slobber to gross you out a bit.

Tuesday, February 01, 2005

Just one more inch...

Almost....got.....it! Itching is a demanding job.
