Wishing V good luck during a swim...
Last summer Duke learned how to dunk his head in the pool to retrieve his toys. It used to take him a few minutes to warm up to the fact, but now he dives right in like it's no big deal.
I came home and heard the dogs barking. Duke was at his post again, showing off as usual.
I was in Mammoth for the weekend and saw this cute guy and made me think of Eddie.
Everytime we head to the park, Duke & Eddie HAVE to go down the slide first before running wild through the grass. Crazy dogs.
Duke's ability to jump large structures has made him a little cocky. Sometimes I'll catch him on top of the pool pump cover looking over the fence into our neighbors yard. Nobody like a snoop. Especially when they're barking at you in your own backyard!
Eddie is never satisfied with the bone he gets. He always keeps an eye out for a chance to steal the one Duke has.
Duke likes to sniff Eddie's mouth when he sleeps. It must smell nice!
Duke kept trying to reach for his toy.
After hearing strange noises, I went to the kitchen to investigate. I looked out the window to see this. I wonder which one is playing Keanu Reeves.
Duke was very intrigued by the sounds coming out of the keyboard. He froze like this for 10 minutes! That's a lifetime of stillness in Duke-time!
Eddie always favors eating on one side of the bowl. Maybe that's his part of the obsessive compulsiveness with our dogs.
