"I wish I could quit chew."
Ending 2006 with a couple love snapshots.
"I wish I could quit chew."
Maggie. My mom adopted her from the local humane society here in HB. She was just spayed, so we kept her in the cage until she was rested & ready to head home with my mom. Duke & Eddie wanted to come inside & welcome her to the family.
And Eddie always doesn't want what he already has. Even tho it's basically the same exact chewy...just not slobbered on, half eaten & slimy. Which, by the way, is Eddie's favorite type!
And that also includes your paws. Even if most of your body is off the carpet, it has to be the ENTIRE body that is off the rug when it's on the carpet. Limbs & all.
Just because there is a rug on the carpet, that does NOT give you the permission to lay your entire body on it. Even tho you are not touching the actual carpet. On to adding more detail to that contract.
It was a treat for them to come into the house in the morning. They actually shared a pillow & were about to share a chewie, but I don't think Duke was being THAT generous for the holidays.
You know the one he gives you when he just wants to come in. Ya know the one that makes your heart just melt.
Checked on the dogs before I went to bed and to let them out and found Duke still working on his yummy chewie.
Not a C-A-T! Eddie and his funny ways. Sometimes he likes to clean his fur by licking it. I'm not too worried right now, but when he starts purring and spraying our furniture I'll really start to freak out.
Eddie keeping his legs tucked away, making sure there is no chance of the chewie ever touching him tonite.
December posts will be missing a few days. I'm sorry, I guess with all the Xmas stuff going on, the boys got bumped on the picture taking duties. =( Such a bad blogger! But the new year will bring new pics and daily posts! =)
The other nite V was messing around on his guitar, and Eddie seemed to take notice. That was the nite Eddie decided that he had to reveal another one of his hidden talents.
This is how Eddie sleeps sometimes & I can't imagine how this could be comfortable. Dogs must be very limber, cause you don't hear them complaining about backaches after sleeping in a weird position.
Well, more like with the gas man. The boys always get worked up into a frenzy when he comes around to check the meters. They don't calm down until Eddie verifies (by peeking thru the gate) that the perpetrator is gone.
(I found this picture in a random folder, so that probably explains why it was never posted. It was taken back in October 2006)
